Bulk materials are the loose, unpackaged construction supplies — sand, gravel, aggregate, cement, and steel — that get measured and delivered by weight or volume rather than by the piece. Because they arrive loose rather than boxed, handling them well takes covered storage, accurate measuring, and delivery vehicles suited to loading and unloading in bulk.

Our storyहाम्रो कथा

Kavre Construction and Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in July 2020, based in Mandandeupur, Kavrepalanchok. The idea behind it was simple: in a district where most building projects juggle a contractor on one side and a separate materials supplier on the other, a single company that handles both would save clients time, phone calls, and the usual back-and-forth over who's responsible when something goes wrong.काभ्रे कन्स्ट्रक्सन एण्ड सप्लायर्स प्रा. लि. जुलाई २०२० मा स्थापना भएको हो, जसको आधार मण्डनदेउपुर, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकमा छ। यसको सोच सोझो थियो: जुन जिल्लामा धेरैजसो निर्माण आयोजनाले एकातिर ठेकेदार र अर्कोतिर छुट्टै सामग्री आपूर्तिकर्तासँग व्यवहार गर्नुपर्छ, त्यहाँ दुवै काम एउटै कम्पनीले गर्दा ग्राहकको समय, फोन कल, र केही गडबड हुँदा जिम्मेवारी को हो भन्ने झमेला बचाउँछ।

That's still the model today. On the contracting side, the team takes projects from site preparation through to handover — residential homes, commercial buildings, and everything the structural and finishing work in between requires. On the supply side, the same company sources and delivers the core materials — sand, gravel, cement, steel, and blocks — often to its own job sites, but also as standing orders for other contractors and individual builders across Kavrepalanchok.आजसम्म पनि यही मोडल कायम छ। ठेक्का तर्फ, टिमले साइट तयारीदेखि हस्तान्तरणसम्म आयोजना सम्हाल्छ — आवासीय घर, व्यावसायिक भवन, र बीचमा चाहिने संरचनात्मक तथा फिनिशिङ्ग काम। आपूर्ति तर्फ, त्यही कम्पनीले मूल सामग्री — बालुवा, गिट्टी, सिमेन्ट, फलाम, र ब्लक — स्रोत गरी डेलिभर गर्छ, प्रायः आफ्नै साइटहरूमा, तर काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक भरिका अन्य ठेकेदार र व्यक्तिगत निर्माताहरूको स्थायी अर्डरको रूपमा पनि।

The company is led day-to-day by CEO Anu Prasad Neupane and MD Jay Neupane, who between them oversee both sides of the business — the sites under construction and the materials moving to and from them. Construction contracting covers everything between an empty plot and a finished, livable building. At Kavre Construction and Suppliers, that starts with site preparation — clearing, leveling, and laying out the plot according to the approved design — followed by the foundation, where depth and reinforcement are matched to the soil and the load the structure will carry.

From there, the structural phase takes shape: columns, beams, and slabs poured and cured to schedule, with steel and concrete work checked at each stage before the next one begins. Once the structure is sound, we move into brickwork, plastering, electrical and plumbing rough-in, and finally the finishing work — flooring, painting, fittings, and fixtures — that turns a structure into a space someone can actually move into.

Throughout, a dedicated site supervisor tracks progress against the timeline, coordinates material deliveries so work doesn't stall waiting on supply, and is the client's main point of contact for questions or changes. Whether the job is a private residence or a commercial building, the same process applies: clear estimates up front, steady supervision throughout, and a handover only once the work is actually done properly.

Building materials supply is the other half of what Kavre Construction and Suppliers does, and it runs on the same principle as the contracting side: consistent quality, fair pricing, and delivery that actually matches the client's schedule. Building a private residenceनिजी आवास निर्माण

This project is a private residential home in Kavrepalanchok, taken on as a full contracting job — from site preparation and foundation work through structural framing, brickwork, and finishing. As with all our residential work, the process started with a clear estimate based on the design and the client's budget, followed by a foundation matched to the soil conditions and the load the house needed to carry.यो आयोजना काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकमा रहेको निजी आवासीय घर हो, जुन पूर्ण ठेक्काको रूपमा लिइएको थियो — साइट तयारी र जगदेखि संरचनात्मक फ्रेमिङ, इँटाको काम, र फिनिशिङसम्म। हाम्रो सबै आवासीय कामजस्तै, प्रक्रिया डिजाइन र ग्राहकको बजेटमा आधारित स्पष्ट अनुमानबाट सुरु भयो, त्यसपछि माटोको अवस्था र घरले बहन गर्नुपर्ने भारसँग मिल्ने जग हालियो।

Throughout construction, our site supervisor coordinated material deliveries — sourced through our own supply side — so that work could move from one stage to the next without delays waiting on sand, cement, or steel. Kavrepalanchok

Our home district in Bagmati Province, and where most of our contracting and supply work happens day to day. The district is also home to the Indreshwar Mahadev Temple in Panauti — one of the oldest and tallest pagoda-style temples in Nepal, originally built over a Shivalinga in 1294 and still standing at the confluence of the Rosi and Punyamati rivers. Banepa

A municipality just east of Kathmandu on the Araniko Highway, historically a stop on the trade route toward Tibet.
